On January 1st, 2026, a community of Black and Brown women gathered to #Embr8ceTheCh8se, to prioritize our health and healing.
What does it mean to Embr8ce The Ch8se? It is our call to action to embr8ce this supportive sisterhood, to look up at the trees, to embr8ce the sights, and to embr8ce the melodic sounds of the waterfalls.
This day is locked in on my calendar because I look forward to seeing familiar faces and seeing new ones.

I am grateful to be a part of Ch8sing Waterfalls because we are intentional about tapping into Mother Nature's healing energy.
We really are OUTSIDE, taking up space and creating a safe place for Black women to be in community with other outdoorsy Black and Brown women. There is no speed walking through the trails because we stop to listen to the water, hug trees, look at leaves, take countless selfies, make meaningful connections, and more.
Every single ch8se is EPIC in its own way. You need to come experience this level of super dopeness for yourself.
Since I joined Ch8sing Waterfalls several years ago, my life and overall wellness have improved. Figuratively and literally. These are the sisters that I did not know I needed and love dearly.
If you missed our January Ch8se, your next opportunity to join us is on Saturday, February 7th, 2026. Trust me, you do not want to miss this adventure. You must register for the Ch8se on the website. I hope to see you on the trails!
