Welcome to Ch8sing Waterfalls. I am excited to have you here. There is so much I want to share with you as we embr8ce the ch8se, while forging diversity in outdoors. I am extremely passionate about Ch8sing Waterfalls, and I truly hope that passion translates throughout the pages of this website. I invite you to visit all that this site has to offer, and beyond the site, all that ch8sing waterfalls has to offer our community.
I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements, along with the passion to help heal my community and forge inclusion outdoors, brought me to unfold Ch8sing Waterfalls. This movement is pain turned, passion turned into purpose that evokes healing.
Ch8sing Waterfalls is a movement which encourages black women in particular and women of color to step outside of the norm and venture into the woods.
Often times black women do not feel safe or acceptance outdoors, or simply cannot afford the essential gear to safely take a hike or participate in outdoor events because
