Ch8sing Waterfalls Giveaway– Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Ch8serversary Raffle Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ch8sing Waterfalls (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Ch8sing Waterfalls, Inc., a nonprofit organization located at 2274 Salem Rd. SE, Ste. 106-1293, Conyers, GA 30013.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 14, 2024, at 4:44 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2024, at 4:44 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase a raffle ticket at $5.00 USD per entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Entries can be purchased online at https: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

One (1) winner will receive a Giveaway Gift Pack valued at over $400, which includes:

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on July 28, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Georgia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia.
