Juneteenth Meet & Greet - Rescheduled

Come out and #Embr8ceTheCh8se with the City of Acworth.  Ch8sing Waterfalls has been invited to the Inaugural Junteenth Celebration in Acworth.  We will be present at a tent sharing the goodness of our mission and our movement.   Please come out and show your support of this inaugural event, and continue to increase the Brown Faces in Green Spaces. Logan Farm Park Featuring THE TOTAL PACKAGE BAND Music begins at 7pm In observance of June 19, 1865, when the last African American slaves held in Confederate states were finally freed by the Union army, the City of Acworth will hold a free concert from the Total Package Band. This Concert on the Green: A Juneteenth Celebration will take place at Logan Farm Park on Saturday, June 19. The event opens at 5:00 p.m. with live music taking place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from Red Top Brewhouse. Limited seating is available. The City of Acworth invites the whole community to bring blankets and folding chairs and join this celebration of freedom and respect for all cultures.
