About the Event
Come enjoy a local treasure as we explore the beautiful landscape of Georgia. Come see Vickery Creek and allow the flowing waters to heal you. This trail is not paved and may have a few tree roots to cross over. Overall, the trail offers beautiful greenery, birds and foliage to guide you during this hike.
8:30a.m. - Meet us at Riverside Park, 575 Riverside Rd, Roswell, GA 30075.
8:45a.m. - We will walk over to the trailhead, 400 Riverside Rd., Roswell, GA 30075, together.
9:00a.m. - The hike begins to the Vickery Creek Waterfall.
Trail Difficult: Easy: Suitable for those in fair physical condition; active walker; 1-3hr duration, slightly uneven terrain; <100ft elevation gain.

Amenities: There is a restroom at the parking lot and also inside the park near the bridge.

- A light backpack with waist and/or chest straps
- Water / hydration
- Snacks
- Please start to hydrate on Friday by drinking extra fluids. Your body will appreciate this during the hike.
- Please wear hiking boots.
- Bring hiking poles.
- Bring water and or Gatorade to drink during the hike. We cannot express how important it is to stay hydrated
- If you do not wear a RoadiD please have your emergency contact information sealed in a zip lock bag and placed where it can easily be located if an emergency should occur.
- Pack your lunch and something to sit on.
- Please dress for the weather and wear hiking boots.
