About the Event
Ch8sers we are setting out on an exciting, adventure that is a moderate to strenuous hike with Mark of Carolina Bound Adventures.
We will leave Publix, Pleasant Hill at 1625 Pleasant Hill Rd #200, Duluth, GA 30096, PROMPTLY at 6:15. We have a 2.35hr drive and a 9:00 appointment. Arriving late is not an option.
This is a paid adventure at a special ch8se rate of $25. Once you RSVP, you will receive an invoice to pay for this ch8se adventure. Carolina Bound Adventures requires both a health questionnaire and liability waiver be completed prior to attending.

Hike description: The Carolina Bound Adventures waterfalls hike is anticipated to be up to 3 to 3 1/2 hour adventure with a total of up to ~6 miles. The hike includes a backcountry guide and the outdoor gear. We specialize with individuals and families new to the Western North Carolina area that want a guided adventure. All back country guides are wilderness first aid certified and we practice leave no trace protocols. Carolina Bound Adventures operates under Commercial Use Authorizations issued by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for Shuttles, Guided Hikes and Backpacking.
What to Bring: Please wear closed toed shoes that tie up - preferably hiking type shoes - something with a tread. Bring a light rain jacket and an extra layer for warmth. Dress for the anticipated weather of the day. Please also bring a drinking vessel with water. We provide: Small backpacks for carrying jackets/outerwear, hiking poles, snacks and water resupply.
PLEASE READ:
Carolina Bound Adventures (CBA), and reservations made on your behalf by CBA with other companies and outfitters, take place in remote locations and we ask that you inform your CBA trip leader, or the trip leader of other companies, of any pre-existing medical conditions such as severe allergic reactions, heart conditions or physical injuries that you may have. If you have a medical condition that requires medication such as an allergic reaction to food or bees, asthma, diabetes or a heart condition, you are strongly advised to consult with your physician regarding your participation in any CBA adventure, or reservation made on your behalf by CBA, and, if appropriate, carry any medication prescribed for your condition during this course. Additionally, please inform any trip leader of the medication you intend to carry and whether a family member or friend who is familiar with administering your medication will be participating in the course. On guided activities, trip leaders will normally be able to keep the medication safe and dry for you.
